At each port, we have a sales office where you can purchase them.
You can go to the place where you bought the ticket and they can change the date for you. If the change is not possible due to the unavailability of the client, we will refund the money for it.
We generally start swim stops in mid-May until the end of September, always depending on the weather conditions. Please check at the sales points for updated information.
IF YOU HAVE THE TICKET
You have to be 5 minutes before the departure time, it is more than enough.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TICKET
You have to be 15-20 minutes early to avoid rushing.
We have a bar and snacks service on board. Ask our onboard officers about all available products.
Just your swimsuit (if you want to swim) and the desire to enjoy. If it's cool, it's advisable to bring a light jacket.
It means thatour boats have underwater vision with submerged glass (100% below the water), to have a wide view of the seabed of our beloved Mallorca.
